Hi, I’m Riley, the heart behind AnchoredTruth Wellness.
I’m an RRCA Run Coach, AHA CPR Instructor, and NASM Certified Wellness and Nutrition Coach with a deep passion for helping women build sustainable, grace-filled rhythms of health in their everyday lives.
I hold an M.A. in Human Services Counseling: Health and Wellness from Liberty University, where I learned how mind, body, and spirit work together in the healing process. My core philosophy is simple: train the mind, and the mind will change the body. When our thoughts, beliefs, and inner narratives begin to shift, our habits, energy, and physical health follow.
In my coaching, I blend practical tools—habit building, simple nutrition guidance, realistic movement plans—with heart-level support, encouragement, and accountability. Whether we’re working on your first 5K, rebuilding your energy, or creating healthier daily patterns, my goal is to make the process feel doable, not overwhelming, so you can actually live the changes you desire, not just think about them.
